A hefe-weizen is a light,
unfiltered German wheat ale.
Typically, these beers are known for
their spicy and fruity flavors. Our hefe is
a perfect example of this, bringing to mind
clove and banana characteristics.
Achieving this was possible due to
a special strain of yeast imported
from Munich, Germany.
