Take I-90 West to I-30/I-90 to Highway 12/18 West to John Nolan Drive toward downtown Madison. After about 1 mile, John Nolan Drive divides Monona Bay on the left and Lake Monona on the right. The second stoplight after this is Broom St.
Turn left onto Broom St. and go 7 blocks until W. Johnson St. (a one way street at a stop light).

From Milwaukee
Take I-94 West to Highway 30 West to Business Route 151 South (E. Washington Ave.) toward downtown Madison. Drive all the way downtown until you reach the Capital Building (...that big, white, dome-shaped building in front of you that looks kinda like some sort of official government thing might be going on inside.)
Turn right in order to loop around the Capital Square and reach West Washington Ave. on the other side of the Capital Building. Turn right on West Washington Ave. and go 3 blocks until Broom St. (a one way street at the first stop light).
Turn right on Broom and go 3 blocks until W. Johnson St. (a one way street at the first stop light).
