Hello, my name is Gary "Big Daddy" Rosen.
I have been in the restaurant business for 24
years and I love every minute of it. I am
originally from Florida and have extensive
seafood experience, but I like cooking all
styles and types of food.

At the Angelic, your meal is prepared
consistent in both quality and quantity by
my experienced kitchen staff and myself.
My goal is to make sure that you have
a wonderful dining experience each and
every time you visit our restaurant. Then
maybe you will tell a few of your friends, and we can turn them into satisfied guests, too.
Then the cycle will continue...
I run daily lunch and dinner specials throughout the week. Currently I am running Cajun
Thursday with Creole Gumbo soup and Jambalaya. Friday is traditional Wisconsin Fish Fry
along with a
fresh fish special. Saturday is Beef Night which consists of either Slow Roasted
Prime Rib or a tantalizing steak special.
We also cater to large parties for special occasions. I'll sit down with you and work out a
custom menu for your group, including any special menu requests to make sure your event
succeeds with just the right flavor. These plans can be made for cocktail parties as well as
dinner parties. The best way to go about preparing for your particular party is to contact
either Tom Woodford (General Manager) or myself. We will assist you any way we can.
